Nestled between coconut palms in Phuket's stunning and exclusive Cape Panwa, this luxury private beachfront villa provide a luxurious, exclusive and comfortable place to stay on the most beautiful and sought after part of Phuket.

Given that Phuket is an island, it's amazing how few properties are located on the beach. There are many properties that are ‘just a five minute walk to the beach’ or ‘a quick drive to the beach’ but ours are literally on-the-beach. This is a brand new 282 sq. m villa, completed in July 2007. It therefore has all the latest facilities including 42” Plasma TVs and DVD/home theatre in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom’s en suite bathroom is very spacious and features a bath from which you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Panwa Bay. There is a large patio for you to enjoy al-fresco dining and a bedroom-level balcony for watching the Bay’s lights at night. The villa sleeps 8 people in the beds provided with the option of adding a 9th person in a camp bed. There is also an infant’s cot and high chair available.

The villa is tastefully decorated with white marble tiles on the living-level and wood-strip flooring on the bedroom level. All bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling in white marble and all walls in the house are white. The double beds are all king-size with leather trimming, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and there’s remote-controlled A/C in all rooms, as well as fans. You have a fully equipped western kitchen and dining facilities inside and outside. The living room is upholstered in black leather with rugs and side-tables.

This villa is on the third tier of the development and has a great panoramic view over the Panwa bay. Benefiting from its height, you can easily relax and enjoy the cool sea breeze and have easy access to the beach and pool.

Outside we have beautifully manicured gardens and a huge 40m lap-pool that’s purified by salt-water (not sea-water) as opposed to chlorine; this is said to have beneficial effects on the skin and eyes. The pool is fringed with sun-beds and umbrellas for those who wish to get a tan. Two metres beyond the pool is the beautiful Panwa beach. This beach makes for a very relaxing walk and is the perfect start and end to your day.

We have docking stations for i-Pods and a Sony Playstation available on request at no extra cost. We also run a free DVD library with a selection of well over 1,200 movies.

Our location provides peace and quiet whilst you’re at home, with nightlife on your doorstep when you need it. Our setting is rural, in a Thai fishing community where there are restaurants down on the beach but, life here moves at a relaxed pace.

In stark contrast, Phuket Town is only a 10-mins drive away and has many vibrant bars and superb restaurants. For those who wish to shop or party in the more conventional tourist resorts of Karon, Patong and other busy West coast towns, these are easily reached by car in less than 30 minutes.

The Thai food here is something special. There is a beach bar and restaurant only 2 mins walk away along the beach and one on the mountain cliff overlooking the bay – just 2 mins walk away. Within a 20 minutes’ drive there are a plethora of beachfront restaurants that specialize in seafood and other traditional Thai dishes. For those who are not keen on Thai food we also have a selection of very good French, Italian, Japanese and international restaurants nearby.
