Baan RATCHAMAKA and owner individual properties are managed by D2H Company. The Management Company provides combined management plan and three key areas of responsibility

Management of common areas:

All owners of properties at Baan RATCHAMAKA pay a fixed fee for the day to day management of common areas
Common area maintenance such as gardening, road maintenance and cleaning service
Common area lighting
24 hours security
Utility charge for common area such as lighting, power and telephone
Management office staff and operating cost
Garbage disposal
Receipt of mail
Pest control

Management of Property Services:
For owners who wish to arrange additional services to their property, The Management Company can enter into a contract to provide a number of support services. These optional contracted services are entirely between the owner and Management Company.

Management of Property Rentals:
For those owners of Baan RATCHAMAKA who wish to see a return on their investment through rental, the Management Company will offer a professional service to maximize your return, and take care of the property during the rental period.

Payment Schedule
