Note :

1. All prices are in Thai Baht, Any late payment shall be subject to interest of 1.25% per month.
2. All costs and bank charges incurred to remit all payment under the RSVP. contract and the contract package shall b e paid by the client.
3. 2nd-final payment shall be paid to the Developer within fifteen (15) days commencing from the day of received notice/invoice letter according to the progress of construction above.
4. The deposit is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed with the purchase. It is used to cover processing of legal documentation and part of the purchase price of the Condominium.
